Yūko Minaguchi, also known as Tomoko Minaguchi (水口知子), is a Japanese voice actress who voiced Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn and Mistress 9 in the first anime series.[2]

Other roles of hers include Midori Norimaki in the second "Dr. Slump" anime, Videl and Pan in "Dragon Ball Z" and "Dragon Ball GT", Akiko Minase in "Kanon", Yawara Inokuma in "Yawara! A Fashionable Judo Girl", Yaone in "Saiyuki", and Mercelída Ygvar I in "Astarotte no Omocha!".[3]

She is currently affiliated with Aoni Production, and in addition to her many anime roles, she has done roles in video games, dubbing roles, radio, drama CDs, stage, narration, and other work.[1]

After about thirty years of being a professional voice actress, she announced in 2012 that she was leaving Japan to study in the United States. On May 5, 2014, she announced on her blog that she has returned to Japan after spending nineteen months in New York.[4]
