Yoko Matsuoka is a Japanese voice actress who voiced a few monsters-of-the-day in the first anime series and Queen Metaria in the second anime series.  

Other roles of hers include Karl Lichter von Randoll in "Future GPX Cyber Formula", Kitarō in the 1996 "GeGeGe no Kitarō" anime, Daichi Haruka in "Madō King Granzort", Alvida in "One Piece", and Feb Fall in "Sol Bianca".[1]

She is affiliated with 81 Produce, and was formerly affiliated with Tokyo Actor Co-op. Other than her anime roles, she has had roles in video games, dubbing, TV dramas and programs, stage shows, and other fields.[2]
