Yoko Asagami, also known as Harumi Ichiryusai (一龍斎春水) and Teisui Ichiryusai (一龍斎貞水), is a Japanese voice actress and storyteller who voiced Flau in the first anime series.

Other roles of hers include Saeko Nogami in City Hunter, Layla Destiny Shula in The Galaxy Railways, Akemi Ito in Urotsukidōji, Yuki Mori in Space Battleship Yamato, and Rydia Cooley in Yukikaze.[1]

She is affiliated with Aksent. Other than her many anime roles, she has done voicing for games, dubbing, and radio. She has also done a lot of work for koudan, or traditional Japanese storytelling.[2]
