Wataru Takagi is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Rubeus in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Genta Kojima and Wataru Takagi in "Detective Conan", Masaru Aoki in "Hajime no Ippo", Kenji in "Initial D", Kamidake in "Tenchi Muyo!", Batim do Emuna Alaindelon in "Beelzebub", and Ryou Takayanagi in "Shōwa Monogatari".[2]

He is also known for many dubbing voice-overs such as the current voice for Daffy Duck in Looney Tunes media, Paul Allen in American Psycho, Eddy in Ed, Edd N Eddy and Flim in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
