Tsutomu Kashiwakura is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Saphir in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Ryou Bakura in the 1998 Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, Kousuke Entouji in The King of Braves GaoGaiGar, Kuroko in Urotsukidōji, Teacher Barabaraman in Akazukin Chacha, and Hikaru Matsuyama in Captain Tsubasa.[1]

He is currently affiliated with Magus.[2] Tsutomu has also done directing work for sound, sound effects, music, casting, and dubbing.[1]
