Tsubasa Shioya, also known as Yoku Shioya, is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Misha in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Jinpei the Swallow in a few incarnations of the "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman" series, Cosmo Yuki in "Space Runaway Ideon", Ryota Miyagi in "Slam Dunk", Shinji Hikari in "Bismark", Will A. Zeppeli in "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure", and Bumblebee and many characters in "The Transformers".[1]

He has also done voice directing work.[2] He also debuted as a child actor at the age of 8, and is still an actor today.[3] He has been in TV dramas, movies, and has done sound effects. He currently belongs to Pro-fit, and he was previously affiliated with Aoni Production and Nine Production.[4]
