Tomomichi Nishimura is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Rei's Grandfather/Jiji in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Richard Mardukas in "Full Metal Panic!", Yuichi Tachibana in "Initial D", Howard Glass in "Macross Frontier", Shibaraku Tsurugibe in "Mashin Hero Wataru", and Anzai-Sensei in "Slam Dunk".[1]

He is currently affiliated with Arts Vision. He has also had several dubbing roles, special effects roles, and voicing roles in video games.[2]
