"Super Transformation Once Again: Pegasus's Power" is the 2nd episode of the 4th season of the Sailor Moon anime and the 129th episode overall. It aired in Japan on March 11, 1995. The CWi English dub title for this episode is "No Ordinary Horsepower" and it aired in North America on September 27, 2000.
Summary[]
Reika has received a letter from a university to study abroad, but she doesn't want to leave Japan because she loves Motoki. Tiger's Eye chooses her as his next victim.

Trivia[]
- At the end of the episode, when Motoki discovers that Reika had been listening to his entire confession, she first appears with makeup and when both are about to kiss each other, she has her makeup on.
- At the end of the episode during Motoki's confession, there is a sign that says "Fruits Palor Crown" instead of "Fruits Parlor Crown".
- In the Latin Spanish and English dub when Sailor Mars and the rest of the Sailor Senshi suddenly appear, Mars calls Sailor Moon "Serena", Sailor Moon's civilian name, in front of Tiger's Eye.
- This was the second and final time that Chibiusa's extended transformation into Sailor Chibi Moon was seen.
