Shigeru Chiba is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Kurumiwario in the first anime series

Other roles of his include Kazuma Kuwabara in "YuYu Hakusho", Megane in "Urusei Yatsura", Chief Shigeo Shiba in "Patlabor", Buggy the Clown in "One Piece", Vanila Varta in "Armored Trooper Votoms", and Pilaf, Raditz, and Garlic Jr. in "Dragon Ball" and "Dragon Ball Z".[1]

He is also an actor who has been in live-action shows and tokusatsu. He has also worked as a voice for video game characters and dub-over voices. Shigeru has also worked as a sound effects director and a music director. He is currently affiliated with 81 Produce.[2]
