Sailor Says was a segment that was featured in DiC Entertainment's dub of the Sailor Moon anime. The purpose of the segment was to give kids advice and teach them right from wrong. The segment was put in because of one of the Federal Communications Commission's regulations. The regulation stated that every broadcaster must air at least three hours of material with educational value.
- Occasionally, clips that were cut from the original draft of the episode would appear in the segments.
- When DiC Entertainment were given he rights to dub Sailor Moon again in 1998, the segments starting with episode 73 would be recycled from previous episodes, as they weren't given any time to make new segments.
