Ryōtarō Okiayu is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Tiger's Eye and a few minor characters in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, Akio Furukawa in Clannad, Katsuhiko Jinnai in El-Hazard, Kunimitsu Tezuka in The Prince of Tennis, Treize Khusrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, and Meisuke Nueno in Hell Teacher Nūbē.[1]

Ryōtarō has also voiced multiple characters in many different video games, has had dubbing roles, and has done TV, narration, radio, and drama CDs. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production.[2]
