Ryō Horikawa is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Yoshiki Usui and DJ Thomas Harris in the first anime.

Other roles he has had included Vegeta in Dragon Ball, Reinhard von Lohengramm in Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Andromeda Shun in Saint Seiya, and Heiji Hattori in Detective Conan.[1]

He has also appeared in TV dramas, movies, and several stage productions.

Horikawa's best known roles are Vegeta in the Dragon Ball franchise, and Captain Falcon in the Super Smash Bros. video games.
