During a fan event an actor who was playing the sentai hero was transformed into a youma named Akan by Zoisite, who was trying to transform Naru. After Redman was returned to normal by Sailor Moon the show continued as normal.

His known attacks are "Redman Punch" and "Redman Leg Attack".
Trivia
In dubbed versions, his acting is based on the kind seen in Saban's Power Rangers.
