Pharmakon is a droid sent by Esmeraude to fill a vulnerable spot with dark energy. She appeared in Episode 31 of Sailor Moon R.
Etymology[]
Pharmakon is the Greek word for drug or poison.
Appearance[]
Pharmakon took the form of a human nurse but when she revealed her Droid identity, she had a metallic body with a syringe and a scalpel instead of arms.
Information[]
Esmeraude summoned Pharmakon in a Hospital to fill Tokyo with dark energy by making everyone sick with the flu. Minako and Chibiusa were unaffected and cared for the other Senshi. When the two girls went to get medicine, they discovered what Esmeraude and Pharmakon were up to, and fought them. Pharmakon pinned Sailor Venus to a wall with needles and went after Chibiusa, but Tuxedo Mask shattered one of her needles, and then the other Sailor Guardians, having recovered from their flu, arrived to fight Pharmakon. Esmeraude ran off while Sailor Moon destroyed Pharmakon with Moon Princess Halation.
