Norio Wakamoto is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Yusuke Amade in the first anime series.[2]

Norio has had many roles in anime, video games, Japanese dubs, and plenty of other media. Among his popular roles are the roles of Cell in the "Dragon Ball" series, Vicious in "Cowboy Bebop", Charles Zi Brittania in "Code Geass", and Chiyo-chichi in "Azumanga Daioh".[3]
