Nobuyuki Hiyama is a Japanese voice actor who is affiliated with Arts Vision. He voiced Yosaku Eda in "Sailor Moon S," Tsunawataro in "Sailor Moon SuperS," and Kurume Suri in "Ami's First Love."[1]

He has voiced characters in animes, OVAs, CD dramas, games, and Japanese dubs. Some of his most notable roles include the role of Hiei from the anime version of "YuYu Hakusho," the role of Kouta Hirano from the anime version of "Highschool of the Dead," and the role of Joe Higashi from the video game "Fatal Fury 3: Road to the Final Victory." His popularity skyrocketed from his role as Link from the video game "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time." He has also been in tokusatsu.[2]
