Naoki Tatsuta is a Japanese voice actor who voiced two minor characters in the first anime series.

Other roles of his include Oolong in "Dragon Ball" and "Dragon Ball Z", Kazuo Nanako in "Kinnikuman", Kazuya Hatta in "Kimagure Orange Road", and Ittan-momen, Nurikabe, and Konaki-jijii in two of the "GeGeGe no Kitarō" anime series.[1]

He has also had dubbing roles, done radio dramas and commercials, and has been in other programming. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production. He was originally affiliated with Arts Vision.
