Mami Koyama is a Japanese voice actress who voiced Esmeraude in the first anime series, and Queen Serenity in the second anime series

Other roles of hers include Ryoko Mendou in "Urusei Yatsura", Arale Norimaki in the first "Dr. Slump" anime, Lunch in "Dragon Ball", Minky Momo in "Magical Princess Minky Momo", and several characters in the "Mobile Suit Gundam" franchise.[1]

She has also dubbed for several live-action series, and has done work with radio, CDs, narration, drama, and stage.
