Kouhei Miyauchi was a Japanese voice actor who voiced a minor character in the first anime series.

Other roles of his included Kame-Sennin/Muten-Rōshi in "Dragon Ball", Alm-Onji in "Heidi, Girl of the Alps", Iwao Yamakawa in "Kobo, the Li'l Rascal", and Oshou Gaikan in "Ikkyū-san".[1] He was represented by Aoni Production.

He died on June 2, 1995 at the Nihon University Itabashi Hospital in Tokyo, Japan from abdominal varicose vein rupture.
