Toshikazu Shiozawa, known by stage name Kaneto Shiozawa was a Japanese voice seiyuu who voiced Prince Demande in the second season of the Sailor Moon anime.

Other than voicing Prince Demande, he was a known voice actor since 1975, and his first lead role was on Ippatsu Kanta-kun as Jiro, which aired between 1977 to 1978. Soon, Kaneto's career began rising, as voicing many characters, until his death on May 10, 2000, as Shiozawa fell down the stairs at his home, and died on hospital. Following his death, Kaneto's many other anime roles, were taken by other actors.[1]
