Manga

In Act 24 of the manga, it was an electric attack used to destroy a Daimon. This attack was also used in a side-story, where it looked like a blast of energy that Sailor Jupiter fired from her hand as wind surrounded her.

Anime

Even though the attack was never shown being used in the first anime, Sailor Jupiter was briefly shown using it in the Sailor Moon S opening when Sailor Moon, holding her mystical Spiral Heart Moon Rod, is flying around the screen.

Crystal

She uses for the first time in concjunction with Sailor Venus' Venus Wink Chain Sword attack against a Daimon, effectively destroying the monster.

Sailor Jupiter's antenna on her tiara collects lightning and she raises her arms above her head and spins rapidly creating a blue ball of lightning. The ball of lightning enlarges and Sailor Jupiter blasts it at the opponent, sending out shock waves of high-voltage energy in a large spherical blast.
