Hikaru Midorikawa is a Japanese voice actor who is affiliated with Aoni Production. He voiced Ail/Seijuurou Ginga in "Sailor Moon R" and Fiore in "Sailor Moon R: The Movie."[1]

He has voice characters in animes, OVAs, films, CD dramas, radio shows, and Japanese dubs. Some of his most notable roles include the role of Kaede Rukawa in the anime version of "Slam Dunk," the role of Seto Kaiba in Toei's anime adaption of the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" manga series, Marth in the Super Smash Bros/Fire Emblem series, Heero Yuy in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and the role of Lancer in the anime version of "Fate/Zero." He has also been in tokusatsu.[2]
