Hideo Ishikawa is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Tobikiri Yarou and a few other minor characters in the first anime series.

Other roles of Juushirou Ukitake in Bleach, Itachi Uchiha in Naruto, Ryoma Nagare in Getter Robo, Hiroto Kanazawa in La Corda d'Oro, and Auron in the Final Fantasy X video game. He has also worked in tokusatsu.[1]
