Sailor Moon: Talk Box Jupiter is the 4th installment in the Talk Box series released in Mexico and Latin America, which included episodes 70 to 89 of Sailor Moon R. A limited stock of 500 units was available through pre-sale on October 2, 2013, specifically chosen to commemorate Araceli de León's (Sailor Jupiter's voice actress) 14th anniversary of her death, at a retail price of 580 Mexican pesos and 23,000 Chilean pesos until October 18 in both Mexico and Chile. The official release was on October 26 with Rocío Garcel as a guest of honor signing autograph.
This release featured Mariana Ortiz, Araceli de León's daughter, as the extras' narrator.
