Ikuko Tsukino is Kenji Tsukino's wife and the mother of Usagi Tsukino and Shingo Tsukino in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal.
Appearance[]
Ikuko has light blue eyes and long lavender curly hair with short bangs and a half-loose ponytail held by a magenta hair clip. She wears a long-sleeved, buttoned light pink blouse with magenta trims and a knee-length blue skirt under a light yellow apron with bright pink details. She also wears white earrings and pink lipstick, and her footwear includes orange slippers with lime green bows.
Later on Sailor Moon Cosmos, she wears a medium-sleeved yellow shirt with a knee-length orange skirt under a white apron with green strips and buttons. Her footwear includes vermillion slippers.

Ikuko lives at home with her husband and two children. She is completely unaware that her daughter is Sailor Moon.
In the first episode, she kicks her daughter out of the house when Usagi brings home a 30% on her English test, in an attempt to make her study. Despite her occasional anger, Ikuko is a very nurturing, caring person who only wants Usagi to make it out of middle/high school, but never realizes her daughter is a heroine named Sailor Moon or a Princess from her past life or a Queen in her future life.

- Her season 3 hair more closely resembles her 90s anime counterpart's, who had dark blue hair, while her season 5 clothing also resembles said counterpart's, who had yellow, orange, green and white clothing.
- Her original Japanese voice actress, Yūko Mizutani, passed away in 2016 marking Ikuko's absence in Sailor Moon Eternal. Her replacement for Sailor Moon Cosmos, Wakana Yamazaki, had previously played Koan in the 90s anime.
