Gamecen is a cybernetic Youma and one of the Seven Great Youma. He was trapped inside the red Rainbow Crystals and reborn inside an arcade champion named Crane Game Joe.

Gamecen has a red body, a helmet that shows his red eyes, and armor that resembles game arcade consoles.

Gamecen is an abbreviated version for "game center" (ゲームセンター).
Information[]
In episode 25, Zoisite extracts the red Rainbow Crystal from him and turns him into Gamecen, champion of the Dark Kingdom. His attacks included turning his hand into a mallet or extending a claw (similar to a game machine crane) from his hand. When Makoto Kino threw Gamecen down, the mark of Jupiter appeared on her forehead. Luna gave her the power to transform into Sailor Jupiter, who disconnected Gamecen's circuits with her Supreme Thunder. As he was getting back up, Luna gave Sailor Moon the power to use Moon Healing Escalation, which she used to heal Joe, returning him to normal and destroying the Youma within him.

- Gamecen was the first monster-of-the-day in the series to repeatedly say his own name when fighting. This was something that became a regular feature of the MOTDs. He was also the first humanoid monster-of-the-day who was male and the first one to be created from a human. He was also the first monster-of-the-day to scream a set phrase ("Refresh!") when he was destroyed.
- Gamecen could only repeat his name in the original version, but in the DiC English dub, he was capable of speech.
- A bunch of enemies resembling Gamecen appear in the Super Famicom video game Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.
- Gamecen appears as a common enemy in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story.
