"Twinkle Yell" is a sound-based command that is used by Super Sailor Chibi Moon to summon Pegasus using the Crystal Carillon.

Manga[]

Sailor Chibi Moon used Twinkle Yell for the first time in Act 39 to call on Pegasus, who then granted her and Super Sailor Moon the Moon Kaleidoscopes.

Anime[]

In the anime's 4th season, Super Sailor Chibi Moon uses Twinkle Yell to call upon Pegasus so that he can allow Super Sailor Moon to use her Moon Gorgeous Meditation attack to finish off enemies. In episode 162, Twinkle Yell is used more offensively. In that episode, Sailor Chibi Moon summoned Pegasus and his light disoriented and hurt the Amazoness Quartet.

In the Japanese anime, she calls out "Please, Pegasus! Protect everyone's dreams! Twinkle Yell!" (お願いペガサス!皆の夢を守って!トゥインクル・エール) Onegai Pegasasu! Minna no Yume o Mamotte! To~uinkuru Ēru) as the full phrase.

In the Cloverway English dub, it is called Crystal Twinkle Bell, and was invoked by saying "Please, Pegasus, protect people's dreams!", occasionally saying "protector of dreams" instead. In the Viz Media English dub, its name was retained.

Video Game[]

Twinkie Yell was performed in Sailor Moon SuperS: Zenin Sanka!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen and in Sailor Moon SuperS - Various Emotion by Super Sailor Chibi Moon as more of an offensive attack. In those games, Sailor Chibi Moon would call Pegasus as she normally would, and then Pegasus attacked the opponent with beams of light.
