The Chess Tower is a Crystal Point that only appeared in the Sailor Moon R episode "For Friendship: Ami vs. Bertheir". In the episode, it was where a chess tournament took place. Ami and Berthier took place in the said tournament, with the latter entering just so that she can kill Ami. Berthier also nearly killed the rest of the Sailor Guardians in the tower but after Koan told her not to do it, she let Sailor Moon heal her.
