The "Crystal Tower" is the pillar of prayer in the Moon Kingdom. It was located in the center of the Moon Castle in the Chamber of Prayer. Queen Serenity explained to Luna that if anything were to happen, they could pray to the Crystal Tower and the Moon would protect them.
The Crystal Tower only appears in the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal.
