Manga
Edit

Added by ForeverKlaineHe is slightly forgetful and lazy, but when Minako turns to him for advice or his charge finds herself in trouble, he pulls himself together and becomes more of an actual father figure. He constantly picks on Minako but oftentimes is seen comforting her or going out of his way to try and make her dreams come true.
During the Dream arc Artemis takes on his human form when Sailor Venus is thrown off a ledge and saves her. He is also responsible for giving her her next power up.
He, Luna, and Diana are killed by Sailor Lethe in the last arc in order to 'damage' Sailor Moon.
Anime
Edit
Just like in the manga, Artemis is portrayed as a slightly lazy and love sick father figure to Minako. He often gets into trouble with Luna, and at one point is banished from her presence for looking at a nun; although he was actually looking at the Church and 'hoping to one day get married there'.
In the anime Artemis still does his best to help Minako realize and chase her dreams; sometimes pulling notebooks and audition papers out of her desk and submitting them in her place.
Family
Edit
In Sailor Moon SuperS Diana, his and Luna's daughter from the 30th century, arrived in Tokyo.
