"Act 41 Dream 3 - Mars Dream" is the 41st chapter of the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon manga series and the 3rd chapter of the Dream arc. It was written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.
Summary[]
When the Inner Sailor Senshi decide to attend a Dead Moon Circus performance, Rei is lured into the Mirror House and is attacked by PallaPalla and Tiger's Eye. Luckily, she receives her Mars Crystal from Phobos and Deimos, and her new attack: Mars Flame Sniper.
Plot[]
Chibiusa runs away in tears when she realizes Pegasus had been looking for Usagi, instead of her. Pegasus appears before Chibiusa again to comfort her. He kisses her and takes a human form before vanishing again. In Elysion, Helios is seen trapped in a cage where he is tortured by Nehellenia as the Dead Moon Circus schemes.
Rei is shown being uncertain about her future as a Priestess at multiple locations including T.A. Girls' Academy, and Hikawa Shrine as she fills in for her Grandfather. Her Grandfather is sick and her reminisces about her first time at the shrine when she first met Phobos and Deimos and thinks about her future. She and her friends decide to attend the Dead Moon Circus' opening day.
The Senshi go to the Dead Moon Circus where they begin to investigate. Rei goes to the mirror house while the rest go to the main tent. The entrance to the main tent disappears and the audience begins to become hypnotized including the Sailor Senshi and Mamoru. Rei is trapped inside the Mirror House where she begins to see visions of herself and how she should give up being a Senshi and Priestess and focus on her own goals. Rei resists the visions and tries to transform, only to find out that she can't, and is injured instead. PallaPalla sends Tiger's Eye, in his tiger form, to kill her.
Meanwhile outside, Luna, Artemis, and Diana complain about CereCere kicking them out of the tent. They suddenly are astonished to see Phobos and Deimos take action to save their master. They break into the house of mirrors and attack Tiger's Eye. They take on human forms, telling her she needs to save her friends and present her with the Mars Crystal. Rei transforms into Super Sailor Mars and is presented with the Mars Arrow. Using Mars Flame Sniper, Rei destroys Tiger's Eye and the Mirror House and saves her friends.
The Amazoness Quartet are frustrated by the loss and begin to plan their next attack.
