Hellant is the 4th Cardian that Ail and An sent to drain energy for the Makai Tree. She possessed tentacles that extend from her hair and her back to drain energy from people. She appeared in episode 4 of Sailor Moon R.

She had olive green skin and wore a skimpy crimson and white outfit.

In the virtual reality game, Hellant attacked the people and drained their energy. She also targeted Usagi's father, Kenji causing him to become unconscious and her brother, Shingo and other players, but Mamoru steps in to help, and briefly incapacitates the Cardian.
When Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon and threw her tiara, it seemed to have lost all its power. Fortunately, the Moonlight Knight arrived (ending Usagi's suspicion that he was Mamoru because Mamoru and the Moonlight Knight were there at the same time) and cut off the tentacles on her head, but she attacked him with the tentacles on her back until they were burned off by Sailor Mars. Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus subsequently combined their attacks to destroy Hellant.
